I stepped up last year to flex $153 million of funding that would have gone to other road and bridge projects and instead put it right here in SEPTA for mass transit. This year, the House of Representatives, under Chairman Nielsen's leadership, passed my proposal for recurring funding for mass transit five different times. Five different times. (07:23–07:40)
