Well, first, I do think we need to take an all of the above approach. And that's what we've done at the Wisconsin Department of Justice. We have investigated and prosecuted drug traffickers. We were one of the agencies that investigated large scale drugs coming from Puerto Rico to Milwaukee. for example. We also put people behind bars for importing more than about 20 pounds of meth into Wisconsin. We've also worked to hold big pharmaceutical companies accountable. (53:39–53:48)
