My Safer Wisconsin plan would invest over $115 million in communities across the state of Wisconsin into things like community policing and prosecution officer, wellness recruitment and retention, victim services, and mental health crisis response. The budget that you're referring to takes a lot of those proposals and includes it. Those are resources that would go to local law enforcement and communities across the state. (10:30–10:46)
