So many times we talk about a continuing resolution and we just assume it continued. This is what that CR did. It's the first time in history that I'm aware of that a The CR actually cut spending and it cuts spending by $7 billion. There were absolutely no earmarks. It was a truly clean cr. It did alignment with constitutional principles. It did something on the defense element. (02:05–02:13)
