There were absolutely no earmarks. It was a truly clean cr. It did alignment with constitutional principles. It did something on the defense element. It actually enacted the first pay raise for junior enlisted troops in 40 years at about a 14%. So relative to constitutional mandate of one fourth of our Article 1 enumerated powers, army, navy, militia, regulatory functions to each, we were able to make sure that we're doing things to add to recruitments.
