So to be constitutional, to go back to original intent, I believe the flat tax or the fair tax is the right way for our country. And I think that The 1913 16th Amendment did a whole lot of damage to our country. The 17th Amendment replacing United States senators from being beholden to state legislative body and popular right after that. It was a bad time for our country. (24:37–24:42)
