They've done 38 studies and they don't study an issue because it's not a problem. They knew this was coming down the pike and they were negligent in their duties to not deal with it. The education funding system has been a problem since I was first elected in 2003. and it's time to take some of the recommendations out of those 38 studies and actually do something.
