Health care is a serious issue, and I've been doing some reading on it, and I was amazed to find out that in the United States, Taxpayers fund about 35% of the population's health care insurance in the United States. Yet when compared to other industrialized countries, we're spending more than they spend on our entire population. So from my perspective, it's a hard sell to try to look at a single payer for Vermont. (22:46–23:01)
