We can't have a low income limit for qualification for EQIP grants because we want the big farmers to do these things. Yeah, they have the most ground to put forward. They've got the capital, the ground, the time horizons. So We need to take the income limits off EQIP grants and other conservation programs so we can get the big farmers that really hold a lot of land to participate in them. So we're working together on that as a bipartisan bill. But the Army Corps has a lot to do with dredging the rivers. (31:30–31:40)
