One of my big initiatives to create more water in California is looking at our flood controlled dam capacities. So if you look in the reservoirs, We hold 600,000 acre feet, and new malones are of Don Pedro for flood control. And this is governed by the Bureau of Reclamation, the Army Corps of Engineers. Now, that flood control is all based on what size storms might happen and how fast can we get rid of the water. (31:57–32:03)
