When you get to natural resources, actually, it gets the most ridiculous in there because there's no money to really spend in natural resources. There's a little bit, but not a lot. And so you're talking about these guys defending. They've released grizzly bears into Yellowstone, and they told them once they got to a population of 800 bears, they'd start culling the bears and they wouldn't be allowed to then leave the Yellowstone National park. Well, they're well over 800 bears. They're twice that, and they're climbing by about 20% a year in population. So the compounding growth rate has got cattle farmers, sheep ranchers, families, rural communities all over the the western plains threatened by these huge apex predators. (26:54–27:14)
