No, actually, agriculture doesn't have a lot to do with water rights. It has to do with equip grants and water conservation projects that are on farm and some important things that way, irrigation systems. But The Natural Resources Committee has a lot to do with waters in terms of the Endangered Species act. And that's one reason I wanted to be on there, because a lot of the salmon flows, a lot of the smelt flows fall under the Endangered Species act. (29:05–29:12)
