And so doing what we can to add additional units to that is going to help because right now it is. There's a lot of people vying for one single apartment. We're also seeing a lot of units being taken off the market and used into that Airbnb VRBO type of situation where they're used for short term rentals and not used for housing anymore. I think there's some discussions that we need to have around that in our state, but we really need to work on getting the inventory up. (13:56–14:14)
