So that is one of the highest priorities for me. I was also one of the the lead Democrat on a package of bills for housing this last year. We invested more than a half a billion dollars in a revolving loan program for workforce and senior housing. I believe that that's where we can do our investment to help the housing costs is to help lower what the initial cost is for the developers, for the people who are trying to make housing better for people.
