I agree that lower carbon is an imperative thing. Right. I agree with those things. Let's start there. Is congestion pricing going to get us there? I don't really have any confidence of that. But if there was ever a chance that we were gonna. First of all, there's a difference between persuading drivers to make a different choice and killing middle class and lower income people with a toll that they can't really afford to pay.
