And so much of our health care agenda has been about codifying and protecting those provisions in Vermont, because the Affordable Care act has done great things for health care. And so We are wrestling with that, with the federal government, and that's going to continue to be a fight. We've made great progress on supporting and expanding access to opioid treatment and mental health, but we haven't been able to really crack how we can create a comprehensive plan to make it more affordable for Vermonters.
