Well, I think it's incredibly important, especially for young people in Vermont to run and serve. And it does have its challenges. Trying to juggle family life and work life with serving can be very challenging. I'm really proud under my leadership to have help support and recruit more young families to have run and win their campaigns last November and increase the number of people serving who have young kids. Because that voice at the table is incredibly important when we're talking about issues like child care and paid family and medical leave. Their voice makes a difference in shaping that.
