Increasing access to electric vehicles, weatherization. That's public health. That's workforce development. That's lowering our carbon emissions. We are going to be looking at some broader reforms. One example is the TCI Transportation Climate Initiative. The governor has showed some interest in that. I hope he will continue to. That really provides a regional approach through transportation to tackle climate change. (27:25–27:33)
