There's no question about it. In fact, the fact where we are with health care is extremely frustrating because we don't have a partner in Washington. In fact, in Washington, The Trump administration is rolling back and trying to strip back every possible part of the Affordable Care Act. And so much of our health care agenda has been about codifying and protecting those provisions in Vermont, because the Affordable Care act has done great things for health care. (25:57–26:06)
