And that is where we're seeing most of that revenue growth from. It's why it's called the volatility tax, volatility cap, because it's a volatile revenue stream. When Wall Street's doing well, Connecticut's doing well. When Wall Street's not doing so well, we see our revenue impacted. And the last thing we want to do, which is what we did for a very long time, the first part of my legislative career, which I inherited, was starting new programs, funding them with temporary dollars.
