I think they'll be looking a lot more on the tenant protection side of things, I think there's interest in the plan, like more unions, more tenant unions, that kind of thing. More tenant unions. I know The governor has proposed allowing [tenant unions], basically allowing the definition of an excessive rent to be more than 5% when bought by an out of state investor.
