I think the real societal benefit right now is that People who want to engage in using cannabis can go buy it safely and buy it legally. You do smell it a lot more, doesn't matter where you go. If you're walking in Hartford, New York City, a baseball game, because it's legalized, you can physically smell it just out in the public more. (21:49–21:55)
