Well, actually you should because it matters because there was an injunction and the NIH is actually following the law. So I think The judiciary is fighting. It can't fight alone. It needs Congress and it starts with reforms to the emergency powers. I can squint and see a world where if we truly romp in the midterms, that there are some Republicans in the House who would work with us on the Article 1 Act and take back some control over emergency powers.
