Sure. And the success that we've seen in the other cities is that customers who live in homes just like this are able to reduce their price point dramatically. Right now the average cost of electricity in San Antonio is about $0.12 per kilowatt hour. In Houston it is available as low as $0.06 per kilowatt hour. And so you could really reduce your electricity cost a whole lot. In Houston, we've seen the price increase. So we've tried it before and have not gotten enough votes to get it done. (06:13–06:23)
