Well, what was in the law already is that all of those data centers were supposed to provide that data and Less than 10% of [data centers] provided that data. So here's the point. Very quickly ERCOT was going to be making a decision based upon less than 10% participation of information. So they were doing it without adequate information. (12:06–12:09)
