… cameras, but what the mandate said was that if an officer's body camera is not on, that officer can be basically presumed guilty and they have to prove themselves innocent. The actual language of the law says that the courts and basically anybody is allowed to assume misconduct anytime an officer's body camera is not running. And so what that did for cops is first of all, you have the major morale blow where they're like, hey, everybody else gets to be innocent until proven guilty, but we have to prove, prove ourselves innocent, we're presumed guilty.
