So what we did was a market study looking at some neighboring states. What are they paying their prosecutors as well as assistant corporation counsels here in Wisconsin. And The average for those all came out to a little over $35 an hour. So what we're asking the legislature to do is increase that starting pay to $35 an hour. So it would still be a little under, but we still feel it would be very competitive to let us recruit great new prosecutors. (06:06–06:11)
