So the previous legislative session, a constitutional amendment to amend the cash bail system passed and again was just passed recently here in Wisconsin. So It will be on the April 4 ballot this year, where the voters of Wisconsin get to do something that we don't always get to do. And that's where you get to Cast a ballot to make Wisconsin safer. Because this constitutional amendment changes what judges factor when setting bail. It no longer says it's only to appear in court. (23:01–23:09)
