Sometimes someone won't qualify for a public defender, and then the court can appoint an attorney, and that's generally about $100 an hour. So the Public defenders are looking to move that $70 an hour up to $125 an hour. So they're not competing with counties. And this is something I suspect a lot of counties would actually be in favor of because it will actually help county budgets. Right. (15:20–15:27)
