Now the one thing that I suppose I would say is positive here in Wisconsin we have our own set of statutes that defines what a rifle is or short barreled rifle. And The ATF doesn't have the authority to change our statutes here in Wisconsin. which I think is what our law enforcement and our prosecutors are going to be looking at. We don't have as prosecutors, I don't have the authority to enforce federal law. (37:22–37:27)
