That's what I keep getting stuck on, is that it's not like the president wasn't engaging with the president of Russia at the same time. So we put in this amendment just to make the point that We should all be clear-eyed about the Russian attempts to thwart and target and engage the US military, either themselves or more likely through proxies. We're seeing that obviously, in Syria. I mean, the picture, I mean, most Americans, I don't think, saw it. (22:36–22:52)
