So this one is important to me. The proposal that I had was that any authorization of military force, of course, has to come to the Congress. That's per the constitution, but It has an automatic sunset of three years. And if an administration wants to continue fighting in a foreign war more than three years, that's fine. They've just got to make the case again to Congress. (14:31–14:35)
