That is about the authorization to go to war in Iraq. And I think most people feel that the life, the lifespan of that authorization of military force is no longer required. We are friendly with the government of Iraq there. It's not Saddam Hussein. We are training their forces. And so there's been a long standing attempt, prior to me being here, of trying to repeal that authorization of military force.
