My husband was 30 years in the army, retired as a colonel, and my stepdaughter is a brand new lieutenant about to go overseas. So this one is important to me. The proposal that I had was that any authorization of military force, of course, has to come to the Congress. That's per the constitution, but it has an automatic sunset of three years. And if an administration wants to continue fighting in a foreign war more than three years, that's fine. (14:22–14:30)
