Yes, I think that's an excellent .1 of the things that I see consistently within our community is that When our community workers, they get older, the company started to mistreat them, because now, even though they've been with the company for 15 or 20 years, they're starting to work slower or they're not as quick as they used to be. So the company finds a way to push them out, force them into early retirement or just fire them. So one of the tips that I have for my clients is to make sure they document everything. (26:54–27:13)
