And they buy these founder owned businesses and they roll them up into one corporate corporation that they then sell to middle market private equity. So Middle market private equity, they'll write the 100 or $200 million check to buy from these private [equity firms]. from this stream almost because they know these private equity firms, they'll buy these founders, they'll do that work to corporatize them a bit.
