Yeah, it's a hard question. I do not think the Adams administration, because both Mayor Adams and the people he hired have not been at all effective. They were doing no bid contracts and paying $380 a night to house them in migrant hotels. So paying way too much and completely botched it and then complained that it wasn't our fault and so forth. I'll take responsibility, but we need to care for these people. (14:39–14:46)
