Yeah, it's a hard question. I do not think the Adams administration, because both Mayor Adams and the people he hired have not been at all effective. They were doing no bid contracts and paying $380 a night to house them in migrant hotels. So paying way too much and completely botched it and then complained that it wasn't our fault and so forth.
