Well, at his state of the city speech, he did claim that he has reduced most crime statistics since he took office. No, he has not. I can, I can show you the facts. Crime is up substantially and New Yorkers feel a lot less safe. And the data backs them up. Is it really the data or is it the perception that they don't feel safe? Well, there's clearly the perception. Only 37% of New Yorkers say that they feel their neighborhood is safe. (02:45–02:51)
