We're going to encourage paying good teachers more money. Think about the great teachers you've had in your life. I think about mine and especially my daughters who had some just excellent teachers. And We should pay those high performers more money. I think we should set a minimum teacher salary here in Wisconsin so that they can afford to get in the profession. And just as importantly, we need to make sure teachers are safe in the classroom. (59:03–59:06)
