And I got to tell you what really informs me on this. I chair the subcommittee on federal lands on the Natural Resources committee out in D.C. and we deal with these issues all the time. There is such a big backlog on our national parks and other national properties. It's really important that we deal with maintenance before purchasing more land. And I think Wisconsin is much the same. Let's make sure that we're maintaining what we have first. (28:25–28:31)
