One, we have to eliminate the fraud that's going on in our Medicaid programs. You've all seen what's happening over in Minnesota as the U.S. attorney described over there. Industrial scale fraud, $9 billion of fraud going on various programs, including Medicaid [in Minnesota]. There's some of that that goes on in Wisconsin. I don't know how much, but we should have an audit and we're going to audit each of the state agencies and make sure we root out that fraud. (31:53–32:00)
