I think we should set a minimum teacher salary here in Wisconsin so that they can afford to get in the profession. And just as importantly, we need to make sure teachers are safe in the classroom. Once again, We are seeing more and more teachers who are leaving the profession because they do not feel safe in the classroom. We need to hold administrators accountable both for educational performance in the classroom, but also for safety in the classroom. We need to make sure that those things will happen. (59:17–59:25)
