We should not destroy farmland as a result of this especially incentivizing conversion of farmland. We've seen this with some of the intermittent sources of power where developers get as much as a $50,000 an acre subsidy. We should not have the taxpayers subsidize this conversion of farmland. And so those are a couple things that I would do. And the third thing that I would say is we need to make sure that there's local input. (07:29–07:36)
