I've been very consistent. We should not destroy farmland as a result of this especially incentivizing conversion of farmland. We've seen this with some of the intermittent sources of power where Developers get as much as a $50,000 an acre subsidy [for converting farmland]. We should not have the taxpayers subsidize this conversion of farmland. And so those are a couple things that I would do. (07:21–07:30)
