So I think about, and this is just one of many examples like association health plans, we should foster additional competition in the marketplace where perhaps a local young people's chamber of commerce, that they could form their own association health plan, Farm bureau in Tennessee and Missouri offers an affordable option in those states. We can't get that in Wisconsin. Now, while that doesn't cover everybody, it might cover some people also.
