But $6.5 billion is a big bet and I might want to start at the table with a little bit smaller bet and put that money. I'll give you an example. We're only funding 11, 12% of the proposals we're getting at the National Cancer Institute right now. And it's not because we're not doing more than we've ever done. I mean, we are, but over the course of the entire NIH apparatus, we're probably in funding 20, 22, 23% of the proposals. (32:25–32:33)
