With a war of choice in the Middle east, with gas prices spiking, with inflationary pressures going up, with all of the uncertainties, I said it in early January, February of 2020, before the pandemic hit, and I'll say it again now. A conservative, prudent approach to Minnesota put us in a position to have solid finances. I think the story that needs to be told is fraud is a piece of what happens in a budget. (39:06–39:12)
