And so we were getting a little bit of a glimpse of what was really happening in America with regard to hate crimes against our community. But It wasn't until after the horrible and horrendous hate crime against Matthew Shepard and others against James Byrd and people with disabilities that we were able to finally pass the Matthew Shepard, James Byrd hate crimes measure.
