We use Germany as a proof point because that was the largest authoritarian regime in the 20th century and the fastest. Right. It took 18 days for the Weimar Republic, which was actually a progressive democratic political leadership team, to fall. and for Germany to become the use case for totalitarianism, for ethno fascism, for Christian nationalism, for authoritarian power.
