I'm getting the Fresno bee. I can, would believe it would be a little disheartening as far as expanding into that marketplace. Exactly. My understanding is that there, The bee is planning, or has already planned to sell their building in Chinatown. That's, it's probably empty by now there. So there's probably going to be some interest there on some folks wanting to buy that building because of the freeway access as well. (56:29–56:35)
